1. Order Processing

📅 All orders are processed and shipped out on the next business day following the date your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. PEP2U LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

2. Shipping Method & Carrier

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground (United States Postal Service Ground Advantage). This is our standard shipping method for all domestic orders.

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):

USPS Ground: approximately 2–8 business days, depending on destination
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by PEP2U
Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

At this time, PEP2U ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Rates

A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders, regardless of order size or weight. This fee is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting usps.com and entering your tracking number.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@pep2u.com and we will investigate promptly.

5. Shipment Damage — Limitation of Liability

⚠️ PEP2U LLC is not liable for any damage, loss, deterioration, or destruction of products that occurs during transit and shipment. Once an order has been handed off to USPS for delivery, the condition and safety of the package is the responsibility of the carrier.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

PEP2U LLC assumes no responsibility for damage caused during shipping, handling, or delivery by USPS or any other carrier.
PEP2U LLC is not liable for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Any claims related to damaged or lost shipments must be filed directly with USPS using your tracking number.
PEP2U will not issue refunds or replacements for orders damaged or lost during shipping.

We take great care in packaging all orders securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. All products are packaged with appropriate protective materials before shipment. However, once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how it is handled by the postal carrier.

6. No Returns Policy

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PEP2U does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and is being processed.

Due to the nature of our products — which are research-grade biological compounds that are temperature-sensitive and subject to strict quality control — we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products without exception, including:

Peptides and research compounds
Bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies
Insulin syringes and accessories
Any other items sold through pep2u.com

Accepting returned products would compromise our ability to guarantee the purity, integrity, and safety of our product line. We appreciate your understanding of this strict policy.

Before placing your order, please carefully review:

The product name, dose, and quantity in your cart
Your shipping address for accuracy
Our product descriptions and Certificates of Analysis (available upon request)

7. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an order containing the wrong product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@pep2u.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the package and its contents as received

Errors that are confirmed to be our fault will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to resolve confirmed packing errors as quickly as possible.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient, returned to sender as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, PEP2U LLC is not obligated to re-ship the order or issue a refund. We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping address before completing checkout.
