By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place any order.
⚠️ ALL products sold by PEP2U are strictly for legitimate scientific research, laboratory, and in-vitro use only. They are not intended for human consumption, animal use, medical treatment, diagnosis, or any clinical application.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
PEP2U LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is purchasing for non-research purposes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from PEP2U. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and purity data displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current.
All purity and analytical data (HPLC, MS) are obtained from our third-party testing partners at the time of batch release. Individual lot results may vary slightly. Current Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request by contacting info@pep2u.com.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders as disclosed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify purchaser eligibility, or pricing errors.
If your order is cancelled by PEP2U after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Orders may not be cancelled by the customer once they have been fulfilled and shipped.
🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PEP2U does not accept returns under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.
Due to the nature of our products — which are temperature-sensitive, research-grade biological compounds — we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our products and supply chain.
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at info@pep2u.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy.
